Wow, heart felt thank you to my model Jen and her friend who allowed us to capture this dreamy session on their beautiful property! Also, a huge thank you to AW Bridal (www.awbridal.com) for this absolutely stunning wedding gown. Jen and I were TOTALLY on the same page when I mentioned I was envisioning unique architecture for this timeless slip gown. The terracotta Spanish style home and landscape were one of a kind. Vogue vibes. The detailed work on the wooden front doors, the exposed foundation beams, majestic endless panoramic views and not to mention the T-Rex sculpture in the front of property – It all took my breath away! Literally. We had another windy day together during this session with an incoming storm giving us just enough time in the morning to shoot! My sweet two month old daughter was cocooned while we created magic! She slept through it all! It’s been so special getting to bring her along on the shoots.

The bouquet was created by Emmy’s Flower Truck (www.emmysflowertruck.com) – a 1965 Volkswagen transporter vintage flower truck that travels to businesses and sells fresh farm flowers stem by stem. Emmy helps customers build their own bouquets and spread love in the community one flower at a time! I trusted Emmy with her expertise and the bouquet couldn’t have been more perfect. From the neutral and vibrant earth colored florals to the terracotta colored ribbon! It’s amazing how all the colors within the florals embraced the northern Nevada landscape and sunsets. I was excited to edit this session as I was feeling a mix between clean and timeless with some film tones keeping true to color. We wrapped it all up with placing the bridal bouquet in the copper T-Rex art sculpture – It is now one of my favorite floral shots! 🙂

I just feel so much gratitude for these beautiful opportunities doing what I love.
